1) Associate Member:

Following persons are eligible for admission:

• (a) Any person who has received Import Export Code number from the Director General of Foreign Trade, Government of India, in respect of the commodities under IOPEPC with which the Council is concerned.
• (b) Any person engaged in trade, commerce, or industry or otherwise interested in aims and objects of the Council.
• (c) Any Non-resident person resident outside India, engaged in trade, commerce, or industry or otherwise, interested in aims and objects of the Council shall be eligible for admission as Associate member (Non – Resident), if such person has an address in India for giving notices.

2) 'B' Ordinary Member:

The person or the entity having a minimum average exports of Rs.10 Crores during the three financial years immediately preceding, in respect of the commodities under IOPEPC, are eligible to apply for the category of ‘B’ Ordinary Members. To this effect, a certificate from the bank is required.

3) 'A' Ordinary Member:

Any person or the entity which has been a 'B' Ordinary Member for the previous six years and has a minimum average exports of Rs.25 Crores during the three financial years immediately preceding, for the commodities under the purview of IOPEPC, are eligible to apply for 'A’ Ordinary Membership. To this effect, a certificate from the bank is required.

1) Associate Member: Entrance fee Rs.17500 + Annual Subscription Rs.10000 + GST @18% = Total Rs.32450/-

2) Ordinary Member: Entrance fee Rs.25000 + Annual Subscription Rs.15000 + GST @18% = Total Rs.47200/-

Company:

• List of Directors with their Contact Details.

Partnership Firm:

• Partnership Deed.
• List of Partners with their Contact Details.

Co-op Society:

• Bye laws,
• List of Committee Members with their Contact Details.

Trust:

• Trust Deed,
• List of Trustees with their Contact Details.

Proprietor:

• Age Proof of Proprietor i.e. PAN card, Passport, etc.

For Manufacturer Exporters:

• Certificate issued by DIC, SSI, MOC (SIA).

For Member Exporters:

• IEC Certificate.

Every year, before 30th April for the current financial year (April - March).

The Renewal Subscription Fee for:

• Ordinary Member is Rs.15000 + GST @18% = Total Rs.17700
• Associate Member is Rs.10000 + GST @18% = Total Rs.11800
