Eligibility Criteria

Associate Member

Eligible Persons:

• Any person with Import Export Code number from DGFT in respect of commodities under IOPEPC
• Any person engaged in trade, commerce, or industry interested in aims and objects of the Council
• Non-resident person with an address in India for giving notices

'B' Ordinary Member

Eligibility:

Minimum average exports of Rs. 10 Crores during the last three financial years for commodities under IOPEPC

Certificate from bank required

'A' Ordinary Member

Eligibility:

Previous ten years as 'B' Ordinary Member

Minimum average exports of Rs. 25 Crores during the last three financial years for commodities under IOPEPC

Certificate from bank required

Membership Application Procedure

Interested parties can apply online or download the application form.

Required Documents

For Company:

• M & AOA (Memorandum and Articles of Association)
• List of directors with their contact details
• Resolution regarding the application for membership and signing authority
• PAN (Permanent Account Number)
• Original Bank Certificate

For Partnership Firm:

• Partnership deed
• List of partners with their contact details
• PAN
• Original Bank Certificate

For Proprietor:

• PAN
• Original Bank Certificate
