Any firm applying for an Authorisation to import/export or avail any other benefits/concession under FTP is required to furnish valid RCMC.
As prescribed under Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), IOPEPC issues Registration Cum Membership Certificate (RCMC) for the products under its purview.
The eligible members can apply for RCMC in offline mode by downloading RCMC Form or they can also apply online by clicking here.

Along with the filled-in application form, a self-attested copy of Importer Exporter Code (IEC) is required to be furnished.
If the applicant is a partnership firm, the partnership deed will be required to be submitted along with the form.
Also, if an applicant desires RCMC as manufacturer exporters, it must furnish a certificate to this effect from District Industries Centre (DIC) or Small Scale Industries (SSI).
