RCMC application

 

Any firm applying for an Authorisation to import/export or avail any other benefits / concession under FTP is required to furnish valid RCMC.

 

As prescribed under Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), IOPEPC issues Registration Cum Membership Certificate (RCMC) for the products under its purview.

 

The eligible members can apply for RCMC online by clicking here

 

 

Documents required for obtaining RCMC of the Council:

 

Along with the filled in application form, a self-attested copy of Certificate of Importer Exporter Code (IEC) is required to be furnished.

 

If an Export House / Star Export House / Trading House / Star Trading House / Premier Trading House applies for RCMC, the self-attested copy of respective Certificate is to be enclosed.

 

Also, if an applicant desired RCMC as manufacturer exporters, it must furnish self-attested copy of certificate to this effect from District Industries Centre (DIC) or Small Scale Industries (SSI).
